I initially looked into ECH Group in the Autumn and they’ve been so busy the earliest install date was January. I had another look into their reviews shortly before paying the deposit and I was a little concerned about a few recent bad reviews. So I e-mailed them asking for a call to discuss and Carl explained all the issues raised and I was happy with the explanations. I then paid the deposit and since then it’s been great.We have had excellent communication throughout with ECH, my e-mails were responded to in good time and they called me back when requested. We had 14 panels and a 5.2kw battery fitted delivered a couple of days before install and I am very impressed with both the install and the workmanship. The engineers that installed the kit were very knowledgeable and always respectful of our house. Overall I’d definitely recommend ECH Group to anyone who is interested in having a Solar kit installed.
