This is a review from the back end side. I know people who have been recruited into the system as Chinese teachers, and the working conditions and situation for teachers is absolutely atrocious. Teachers are effectively scammed into signing agreements without being told any useful information about their working expectations, are promised a range of payments for lessons, but invariably paid the lowest possible rate, are forced to attend frequent unpaid training sessions, are monetarily penalised for minor offences such as not getting students to submit reviews, and cannot quite their contract without paying a fee to the company. The only way to get yourself out of their contract is to be fired. Teachers are forced to stick rigidly to extremely low-quality lesson plans and bad materials.If you sign up for courses with this company, you are enabling extremely poor worker treatment.
