I contacted customer service because of a wrong subscription. They never got back to me. Now I have to involve my bank to get my money back. The website literally stated that: “If you are a consumer and you cancel your subscription within 14 days from the start of your original subscription date, and you have not used the services (including uploading media, editing, or adding subtitles), we will provide a full refund.” But they just ignore my email.
