Difficult to use in some areas. I decided to cancel my subscription, and the site just shows the spinning wheel indefinitely. Looks like I'll have to cancel my credit card, so they don't charge me next month. If they are that unscrupulous, why would anyone want to do business with them? Note: I emailed them and they explained it was a bug in their website and they canceled my subscription from their side and apologized profusely
