Scroll past the five star reviews to see how other people have the same problem. I’ve tried multiple times to get in touch with someone here. There’s only one email to contact and no phone number. I’ve sent three emails requesting help to cancel my subscription. Twice I was sent an automated reply with a cancellation link that doesn’t work. Every time I try to cancel through the website, it just gets stuck on a “checking subscription status” page and never moves forward. This is incredibly frustrating, i tried canceling before the next payment was due and of course it was deducted from my account. The website won’t even let me change my billing info, this company feels like a sham. I don’t know how else to contact these people, if I don’t receive word my next step will be to file a complaint with CMA and/or other consumer protection options.
