I, like many other reviewers, am trying to cancel my subscription and the task has proven essentially impossible. The link on their website to "easily" cancel does not work. When you email them to request a cancellation that way, they will send the same broken link. When THAT doesn't work, they will request your account ID and payment information (which is absurd - I only sent the last 4 digits of my card and if I go on my account to try to update the payment method, there is NO card information even listed on file despite being charged every month) and never respond. I have sent four follow-up emails over a period of a few weeks and never heard back. There are also no invoices available to download despite the fact that I've been charged for about four months now. I am extremely annoyed with this entire process and do not understand why - if they're aware of the cancellation glitch from some other reviews I've read - nothing has been done to resolve it. I am about to dispute the transactions with my credit card company because I don't know what else to do if they won't respond, and I will not continue to pay nearly $40 for a service I have tried time and time again to cancel. Do not use this platform unless you want to deal with this insane BS.
