The functionality is ok if not outstanding.However, a couple of things were not working as expected and so I emailed their customer service as advertised in the dashboard. No reply. So I emailed again suggesting it would be nice to have a reply when paying £108 for a subscription. A month later no reply.Reading some of the other reviews about subscriptions auto-renewed without consent, I have now cancelled my subscription so that it will automatically lapse at the end of this year. A company that charges a sub must surely be expected to have a responsive customer service address.
