This isnt so much about the service itself but the fact i thought i was paying £19 a month subscription, and i thought id try it out. What i didnt notice is that it said to be taken annually??They took £228 from my account.I simply couldnt afford to do this and ive messaged then 2/3 times with no response. Why out £19 a month then in smaller print taken annually?? Sorry but that is misleading. I dont currently have a job and cannot afford to pay the £228. Im perfectly happy to have paid the £19 that i thought i was paying, and wanted the rest refunded. It seems im not going to get it and i think its really decieving.Please may i have the balance back.
