EDIT - customer service did reach out to me eventually and were able to cancel and refund my last month subscription and explained the issues were due to some problems connecting with Stripe. I appreciated their attention and understanding once they were able to get back to me.DO NOT USE THIS SITE! Everything worked as I wanted to at first but I no longer need the service so wanted to cancel. When you click "cancel subscription" you're sent to a cancellation page that says "please wait while we check your subscription" - this page never changes, it never progresses further, it's just stuck on this page, I've waited for days, I've been trying to cancel for 4+ weeks, I've tried different devices and browsers - all the same. I reached out to customer service and they told me it is not possible to for them to cancel a customer's subscription from their end (absolute lie - what service operates like that?!) then they sent me a link to cancel in my account - it's the exact same link that I've been stuck on for weeks and it's still stuck.I wish I'd trusted my gut when I'd seen spelling errors on their interface - don't trust this company, it's subpar and I'm still awaiting cancellation...
