Recently I purchased a Dotmod Dotpod Max RBA, but one of the airflow pins was defective (1.0mm) there was an issue with the thread. I reached out to EcigOne for support and a couple days later they replied and immediately shipped a replacement pin. I can’t stress enough how much I can recommend them for all your vape needs. Best customer service I’ve encountered in my 12 years as a vaper.
