Ecobike were so helpful when I wanted to purchase a bike using my work's Cycle to Work Scheme. I didn't find the scheme that intuitive. I found a bike at another shop but I couldn't purchase it as it wasn't their own bike. So I had to start again. So I found Ecobike had the same bike (I was working within a budget), they made sure the bike was in stock for me and price matched the bike....then they were very patient as it took a little time for my certificate to come through. Delivery was very swift from the time I sent them my Cycle to work certificate. So far I am very pleased with my bike and I am getting used to it!
