I broke my neck in 2 places when I was in my early 30s. I am 64 now.I couldn't sleep with my head to the left. I was in pain all the time. I decided to try the 2.0 pillow not expecting much since nothing else has worked.From the very 1st night I had no pain!!! I cannot sleep with out it now. This pillow has changed my life!! I never write reviews but I had to let you know this is not a scam. This is a very well made, sturdy pillow that will last a long time. I am ordering another one and the foot wedge.
