Very Poor Service, Extremely Disappointing ExperienceI’ve had a terrible experience with Eco Drive School. From the very beginning, there were constant issues with payment updates, and they repeatedly blamed me for not calling them to update the payment information—despite the fact that I was the one trying to keep track of everything. They seem to create endless “payment nonsense” to make things difficult, and it honestly feels like they’re just trying to find ways to get rid of customers.Booking lessons has been a nightmare—always late, and the class schedule seems to never work out. On top of that, their customer service is practically nonexistent. I was made to feel like I was the problem, when in reality, they were just unprofessional and unorganized. It honestly felt like I was dealing with scammers who don’t care about their clients at all.
