This also happened to my friend, and she was very upset.The costumer service and IT team They're unqualified and unprofessional to help at all; they're just wasting my time. I've been waiting to solve my problem for over two weeks, and no one cares. is the worst it is always system is done or we will reach you again and they don’t.I'm also waiting for a confirmation call regarding the cancellation of my subscription with them, but no one has contacted meI don’t advise you to go with them
