I experienced issues with them, first is the price. They offered me 7300 aed package and I accepted and paid the first installment price. When it’s time for the 2nd payment they said I have to pay more because the package price in the system changed. I filed a complaint with them and it took a month to have an agreement that they will give me back the money once I finished my journey.Now I had an issue with one of their assessor. It is for the emergency break parking. He said I did 35 km/h. I always do 25 km/h from my trainings to the assessment day. He said it did not felt 25km/h. The scenario is before doing the assessment we stopped with a very short distance from the emergency break are. So naturally I had to accelerate fast to reach atleast 20 km/h. He reported I did even 40 🤣Now I reported to technical so that I can see the recorded speed. First the supervisor talked to me saying they cannot disclose the total speed I had, I have to report it to customer service but the customer service routed me to them. And then somewhere between his lines he said that the assessment was manual, then I asked if there are no records, he said yes no records.So he lied to my face, and now they are treating me like I am the one that lied.So much waste of time, and stress.If I knew this in the past I would have never availed with them. Pray that you will not have issues because you have no one to rely to in this company.
