Particularly facing issues in app due to which I was unable to schedule highway classes . I called customer care and asked the scheduling team to book on behalf of me. I asked them on weekdays to book evening classes which they mistakenly book for morning ones. A working person who already told them that I will reach Al nada Dubai after 8pm why would I book for morning classes .And now they denying their mistake ,no proof of audio where I can review, also have to pay the charges which is not acceptable , until unless I don’t pay charges I can’t book classes. In order to hear the audio I have to travel jebel ali,which in turn will cost money and time. What kind of service and justice is this.
