I deeply regret choosing EcoDrive for my driving lessons. Not only did I not receive the promised services, but the trainers also created an unsafe environment for female customers. This is extremely concerning and unacceptable.Despite raising these issues and filing a complaint, I was met with false promises and no real resolution. Their management refuses to refund the amount I paid for unused services, hiding behind vague justifications. Instead, they demanded additional payments for basic processes like the NOC.EcoDrive’s customer service is unprofessional, their promises are false, and their trainers' conduct raises serious safety concerns.
