SO IF YOU HAVE A CLASS AT (9:00AM) You'll HAVE YOU CATCH A BUS ON (5:00AM) WHICH WILL TAKE ABOUT 1HR 30 MIN TO REACH Jebel ALI FROM ANYWHERE IN DUBAI IF YOU MISS 5AM bus THEN THE NEXT BUS IS AT 9 AM WHICH WILL DROP YOU AT ECO DRIVE ON 10 30AM. AND ONCE YOU ARE DONE WITH YOUR CLASS , THEY CLAIM THEY HAVE BUS WHICH WILL DROP YOU BACK IN DUBAI BUT AGAIN ITS A MINI BUS WITH 24 SEATS AND THERE WILL BE MORE THAN 50 PEOPLE WAITING FOR THE SAME BUS AND WHO EVER BOARDS THE BUS FIRST GETS THE SEAT AND WHO EVER DOESN'T HAVE TO WAIT FOR NEXT BUS WHICH WILL BE AFTER 4 HOURS ). THEIR SALES TEAM WHO MANIPULATES CUSTOMER INTO ECO DRIVE SAYS TO THAT THEY WILL HANDLE EVERY THING IF YOU JOIN WITH THEIR REFERENCE AND OF COURSE . BUT THE CHALLENGE IS YOU CANT OPEN THE LINK TWICE IF THE LINK IS CLICKED ONCE! IT WONT START AGAIN IF YOU TRY TO OPEN IT . THEY SAID ITS A NEW THING THAT JUST ECO DRIVE WILL RECEIVE THE CONFIRMATIONS AND I WILL GET IT WITHIN 2 -3 DAYS ON WHICH I DID NOT AGRUE. BUT AFTER FEW DAYS ON 19TH OF APRIL THERE WAS A HEAVY RAIN IN UAE AND ECO DRIVE WAS CLOSED DUE TO RAIN . AFTER THE RAIN AND ITS IMPACT. I CALLED THEM REGARDING MY RTA YARD TEST AND THEY SAID "I CAN BOOK ON DATE 24TH OF MAY" . WHICH WAS MORE THAN 40 DAYS JUST FOR THE TEST DATE . I SAID THEM I'VE ALREADY BOOKED ON 9TH OF MAY THROUGH ONE OF THEIR AGENT . THEY SAID ME "DID YOU RECEIVE RTA CONFIRMATION,?" I SAID NO AND TOLD THEM ABOUT THE RULE THAT SPECIFIC AGENT SAID ABOUT JUST ECO DRIVE RECEIVING THE CONFIRMATIONS. AND THEY SAY THERE IS NO RULE LIKE THAT , AT THIS POINT I WAS FURIOUS I BLASTED ON THEM ON WHICH THEIR RESPONSE WAS " ITS ALL DUE TO RAIN NOT OUR PROBLEM IF YOU WANT TO BLAME SOMEONE THEN BLAME THE ONE WHO DID RAIN" . I TRIED CALLING ECO DRIVE AFTER A FEW MINUTES A AGENT PICKS UP I SAID HER THAT WHAT IS IT ABOUT THE PAYMENT Pending IN ECO DRIVE . SHE SAYS " YES YOU HAVE A AMOUNT OF 2400 PENDING TO PAY . I SAID THEM I PAID ON 14TH OF APRIL . SHE SAID " THERE IS NO INFORMATION ABOUT THE PAYMENT ON THEIR SERVER" I TOLD HER THAT I PAID WITH THE PAYMENT SENT BY THEM AND THEY SAID TO PAY AGAIN. I WAS CONFUSED I THOUGHT MAYBE THEY PAYMENT WAS DECLINED OR SMTHING BUT WHEN I SAW MY BANK STATEMENT IT WAS ALREADY PAID. I CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGAIN AND SAID THEM ABOUT THIS .
