I had a really disappointing experience with Eco Driving School’s management. While I passed my driving exam through them, their behavior after that has been nothing but frustrating. I requested a refund for a canceled service for from 18th oct , and instead of handling it professionally, they’ve been dismissive and completely uncooperative.Every time I follow up, they just keep delaying without giving me a clear answer. To make things worse, their helpline is impossible to get through to—I've been stuck on hold for over 8-10 minutes multiple times, with no response at all.Honestly, it feels like they care more about holding onto my money than treating their customers fairly.
