Customer service is very unprofessional! Spoke to Karim, not even sure if that really his name. Spoke to him at 10:37 AM today and no help was offered at all. We have not been able to book a final road test for 5 days straight because of prerequisite issues but he just told us to try again after 30 minutes. Did not even offered to check what’s going on even when we insisted that is has been the same issue for 5 DAYS!!! He even have the audacity to end the call and say exactly this line “What can I do” when I ask him what’s gonna happen if issue will just be the same after checking with rta. The audacity and the unprofessionallism is unacceptable! I am not even sure if they are being trained and monitored by their management!!
