I have a very very pathetic experience with this institude . I have been on stuck mode as always there is an issue with their systems they are always down I am unable to book my classes on time such a pathetic customer service agents I wanted my class to book on sunday I called up the eco they were unable to help me I approached their office but same didn’t get any proper response I have been told that system is down we cannot book for you wait 2 3 hours I have waited for the whole day but the guy in mirdif branch changed the statement and said as per him Mr bel bashir (RTA)l Supervisor) said that sunday slots are for the cooperative like seriously I have called RTA directly they didn’t tell me anything about cooperate and consumer thing they clearly told me there is no such compensation for cooperate like this how you treat people who waste their whole day to come to jabel ali and you are treating us like this such a miserable staff and their service .I wouldn’t recommend any single soul for eco drive . I am here in the mirdif branch since morning but no solution you guys have , you just waste my whole day for this and didn’t come up with anything positive Contact number :0505052044
