They are existing in giving me the worst experience ever. The educators are making a lot of mistakes. They didn't even educate me about driving like this is actually like 50% of the educators. Didn't even try to educate me so I'm paying money for no service. It is the lost my payment. I paid for a class and then I took the class after the exam. So you can guess this is wow I cannot even believe it. Also today the examinator past one of the ladies which was actually the colleague in the car because she's a lady. She didn't actually drive well. So this is absolutely wrong and this is a mistake. The educator has to be educated about how to examine a driver

Worst experience in my life, it’s been 8months now and still going, rta system shuts down and there’s no schedules, i wait 40days just to get an exam date, company bus changes timings and no one informs, sometimes they are late and we have to pay the consequences, rta examinators are frauds and have groups that they decide to fail without any logic. Either the company is chaos or the ones inside are ruining it. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone even tho i already have some friends and colleagues that i incentivized to start with me back when i opened the file.. a big disappointment and i am taking my file.
This rating I m giving for complaint management team of Eco driving school specially Zoya who understand customers problem and help us through out our issues and support us . I appreciate her for that .As Initially I faced many problems with this driving school for getting my classes,I need wait at-least 3 weeks to get my next class . It's not good at all to choosing eco driving school there nothing anything call customer service or customer care I'm afraid how long going to take because its been already four months since I open the fail in eco but now they give me so many surprise with poor customer service like transportation service is very poor behaviour is very unfair unexpected ways to treat the customer which really surprising for me in dubai
This is the worst driving school ever!The worst experience in my life!Sent a complaint one week ago, there is no proper response, customer service is absolutely useless, i have to waste my time and money to call every day several times and speak with different agents, they don't have any history record whatsoever and no responsibility at all! No proper management and obviously they don't value their customers at all!Complaint about one of the instructor harassment actions, no reply so far, and he is still working in this school! Instructors failing at the assessment for no reason, just trying to get you to pay more! No actions taken!Have to go to RTA directly and complain there!
