Update as of June- Received a replacements changed my rating. Update as of 27th March - As of a few days ago I received a reply to my PayPal case of which they will send out the replacement filter and as part of the tax, I must have missed at the checkout of the tax implications so that's on me and upon receipt to the broken filter I will revise my 1 star to 5 as the customer service eventually was spot on. I will upgrade the review from 1 to 3 as of now. Original Review - Website states tax is included int the prices, which it isn't, so I received an unexpected tax bill on top of inflated prices, then they send me a damaged filter and now they wont reply to my emails.
