The product is absolutely amazing. My water tastes much cleaner. I spent hours upon hours searching the web for a plastic free water filtering system, and found Ecofiltro. My first filter got destroyed in delivery and customer service sent me a new one, no questions asked. When I got taxed by the government for the replacement filter, customer service refunded me the tax. Couldn’t recommend this company more.
