The company replaced all our windows plus two doors. Initially, we felt positive, but my spouse and I were concerned about the process since it is a significant and costly endeavor that could greatly impact the property if not done correctly, and we wouldn’t know until it was too late. However, we were pleased with the windows and noticed an immediate difference in noise levels and heat retention. There were, however, several small visual issues with the beading not being cut straight, leading to gaps that were poorly covered, along with scratches on some glass panels. We contacted the company, and they took responsibility for the scratches and visual issues, sending the installers back to address them. However, I felt that the second attempt was rushed and created more problems than it solved, necessitating further remedial action by a different person, as we felt the standards were lacking. Ultimately, everything was resolved satisfactorily, and we are happy, but we believe the process could have avoided the extra remedial steps. 4 stars for the overall work, and I would recommend the company due to their excellent communication and approach to the situation.
