I am updating my review I did on the 25th March regarding Ecoglaze. That review was about the unexpected phone call off them. I am now pleased to say they have sent out someone to repair my window sill. My only issue is I did not get the name of the man who came out to do the work. The repair that he did was excellent and I am very pleased with it, he also fixed my front door as it had dropped, he didn't have to do that but he did, if all the employees of Ecoglaze were as helpful and as pleasant I would have given them 5 stars and not just 2 stars.
