I was nervous about my decision to this course because of my limited use of computers and technology in general. I've always felt stupid asking very basic questions that would be considered fairly basic knowledge. But at eCom they've been super helpful at every step of the way. All my questions have been answered virtually immediately and no one has made me feel less than by not knowing how to use certain programs. I've also been really lucky with my coach Crystal, I'm constantly asking her annoying questions, she's always very quick to respond. And no question is too stupid.
