Being overcharged and denied a refund is unacceptable. I have proof of messages, emails, and in-app communications. Within 16 hours, I expressed my concerns and requested to exit the program, but received no responses. It felt like avoidance. After a month, I finally got an email regarding a refund, which I requested immediately. I wanted to leave the next day, but was told it wasn't possible for reasons I won’t disclose. I was not removed or informed on how to proceed. I haven't engaged with the course at all and haven’t heard from anyone in over two months, highlighting the poor quality of the course and support. The lack of communication for over two months indicates the failure of this program. I can provide proof and share screenshots.
