I want to present my testimony of complaint against Ecom Liberty and its representative, Samuel, known as "the Mentor." Unfortunately, my experience with their e-commerce mentorship has been extremely negative, full of false promises and poor service.Initially, I enrolled in the mentorship program with high expectations, motivated by Samuel's promises of gaining deep and practical knowledge to develop my own e-commerce business. The cost of this mentorship was 1,900 USD, a significant investment for me, with the hope of receiving high-quality support and guidance.However, the reality was completely different. The program consisted of only three Zoom calls, each lacking the useful and specific information that had been promised. During these sessions, the information provided was superficial and did not offer any practical value that I could apply to my business. Furthermore, the person Samuel appointed as his assistant, who should have been a figure of support, did not at all demonstrate having the experience or success in business that one would expect from someone in that role. This generated great distrust and frustration on my part.Given this situation, I decided to request a refund, relying on the satisfaction guarantees initially promised to me. However, my request was completely ignored. Ecom Liberty and Samuel refused to return my money, leaving me without the promised service and with a loss of 1,900 USD.I feel totally scammed and deceived. I believe that Ecom Liberty and Samuel, the Mentor, not only failed to deliver what was promised but also acted unethically by not refunding my money for a service that clearly did not meet the offered standards.Therefore, I want to warn other potential clients about my negative experience so that they do not fall into the same trap and consider carefully before investing their money in this type of mentorship.
