Attracted by the teacher's exaggerated business results during the live stream, I was then pressured to pay again to become an incubator program student after paying for the first live class. A few weeks later, before I could even open an account or successfully list my products, they tried to persuade me to pay again to become the teacher's apprentice. Then they tried to sell me a bunch of services or software features, so I ended up paying multiple fees and a significant amount of money before I could even start learning how to run a business. It's not enough to just pay the initial fee to learn how to run a business properly. Furthermore, the course content was disorganized and lacked structure, making it difficult to learn systematically. I only knew how to control access via Google Cloud. I often couldn't access the review sections I had already watched, and I had to write to the teacher to request approval before I could watch the course. It was really troublesome. It's frustrating. The unclear structure leads to course access being restricted over time, causing learners to forget where to start and how to review and manage their learning. Emails promising 24-hour response times are slow, sometimes taking a long time. Furthermore, the customer service window provides inaccurate advice, saying if mistakes are made, it's not their fault and they can't take responsibility, leaving the decision to the learner. They often tell students to ask the instructor, but the instructor then tells them to contact customer service, creating a pass-the-buck mentality. The customer service is unprofessional, has a poor attitude, often provides negative responses, and answers depend on their mood, leaving learners to rely on their own efforts. Unlike other similar courses, there's no concern or reminders. Much of the course content isn't updated, and the quality is inferior to publicly available materials. Perhaps I didn't purchase enough, so they don't want to provide better learning resources and services? In short, it's not worth buying and a waste of money. I really don't recommend it; think twice before buying!
