I have concerns about receiving proper service on time. The issue began when I scheduled a meeting for some questions before enrolling. I was set for Saturday, December 6th at 2 PM. I received a call at that time, and the representative asked if I had watched all the videos, which I confirmed. She then mentioned I would receive a follow-up call in 5-10 minutes. After waiting 15 minutes, I received an email stating the appointment was at 3 PM. I waited again but received no call. Later, around 5:30 PM, I got a message asking if I had watched the video, and I responded politely. We then confirmed another meeting for Sunday, December 7th at 12 PM. I waited but received no call, so I messaged the number around 1 PM. The reply stated it wouldn't be long, and I finally received a call at 2 PM. This lack of professionalism is concerning. If they were busy, they could have informed me about the unavailability. I wasted my entire weekend waiting for scheduled calls. If this is how it starts, I worry about the reliability of the service during the journey. I'm truly disappointed with the experience.
