I joined and paid yesterday for a VIP package with guaranteed priority email response, and still, NOTHING. What's worse is that you have THREE DAYS to launch your store; otherwise, the offer expires. It's day TWO, and I've received NO RESPONSE to my SEVEN urgent emails. There are glitches in their system, and no one is responding to help.
