This is my first attempt at setting up an online store front or anything online.... And I bought three stores! Being a total newbie at this sort of thing and over 65 with little e-commerce experience (except on the purchaser side of things) I really did not know what I was doing. Ecomwebsites got me started by sending me an email and a link to click on... This sent me to a video with step by step instructions on what to do, how to do it, and where to do it. If I needed to watch it again, which I did, I could start over or pick up where I left off. After I completed the first step, on the next with another video, showing me exactly what to do, where to click and what to expect. Each video played on the page where you had to complete each task with related button to perform the task. You cannot ask for anything simpler than that. Aber is really detailed in his instructions and training. Before I knew, I had three online stores ready to go! Now looking at the completed store sites, I am amazed by the whole process. I would have never been able to do this on my own.Also, if I did have a problem or question (which I did), I got all my questions answered by a team member. They were patient, knowledgeable and did not make me feel like a total dummy!
