I bought this scooter and used it maybe five times before I realize the back tire was not holding air. I put air in it. I sprayed it with soapy water. I took it apart to the best of my ability with no diagrams and no videos available online. I unfortunately was not able to solve the problem so I reached out to their customer service which has been an absolute nightmare. I’m guessing they don’t speak English and use some kind of software to help navigate customer service issues because the responses have been robot like. They sent me a new wheel. I asked for a picture of the secure packaging and they ignored me and when I received it, there was a hole in the box and the wheel is bent. They continue to ignore most of what I say. They told me to take it to a local repair shop and they would reimburse me for the cost of the repair. I asked them for a list of shops in my area and they continue to ignore me to say I am frustrated is a complete understatement. I asked for a refund and they asked if I had the original packaging which I do not. I’m also not paying for shipping to send it back. I have wasted so much time going back-and-forth with customer service and have gotten absolutely nowhere. I urge you to save your money and do not purchase anything from this company.
