All I can say is that they are deceptive and exploitative. Their contract does not match the explanations given by the sales representatives. It's only after you sign, trusting the representative’s honesty, that you realize how trapped you are. They will take every dollar from you...and their service is below average. I'm paying significantly more than what was initially quoted and they spend very little time on each visit. STAY AWAY!
The service simply does not work! If I could leave negative stars, I absolutely would! They lock you into a contract with terms that must be fulfilled, but the service they provide brings pests into your home instead of treating them. If you try to delay services to avoid fees, you’ll find that you’re still required to pay for a minimum number of treatments regardless of effectiveness. It feels like a scam where you’re forced to either keep paying for ineffective treatments or incur cancellation fees. When you try to reach out for help, you end up speaking to representatives who can’t resolve anything. This whole experience feels like a joke and I cannot recommend this service!
The team was professional, courteous, and efficient while performing insulation services. They improved the attic insulation to help with heat conservation and prevent dampness, which could lead to pest issues. They worked diligently for about two hours and did an excellent job, as confirmed by my own inspection.
I usually manage pest control myself, but after back surgery, I decided to try this service. The salesperson promised three visits at a specific price, but after the first two, I noticed an increase in pests. When I tried to cancel the third visit, I learned I had actually signed up for five and would have to pay a hefty cancellation fee. The service was ineffective, and I felt misled throughout.
If zero stars were an option, that’s what I would choose. This feels like a scam. They attempted to charge a cancellation fee after their service was ineffective. Moreover, they came out and performed a treatment without my consent, and then billed me for it.
