This website deliberately makes it extremely difficult to cancel an order you just placed. There are no clear steps for cancellation, and there is no accessible customer service to help with a cancellation or return. It feels like they just take your money and leave you with no options. You’re basically forced to accept the situation. Absolutely unacceptable and deeply disappointing. I don’t recommend ordering anything here

However, I want to clarify that my review reflects my actual experience, not a misunderstanding. Order #5795304 was placed on February 16, 2026. About 30 minutes after placing the order, I decided to cancel it. Unfortunately, there was no cancellation option available on your website. The only contact method provided was a phone number, and when I called, no one answered. The call was directed to voicemail.
While your public reply states that your team is available and happy to help, that was not my experience. There was no immediate support, no live response, and no practical way to cancel the order in a timely manner.
In contrast, websites like Jomashop and FragranceNet provide clear cancellation options directly from the customer’s account. When cancellation is not possible online, their customer service responds promptly and resolves the issue quickly. I regularly order my colognes from those two websites without any problems.
This was my first time ordering from Ecosmetics.com, and based on this experience, it will be my last.
If you genuinely intend to make this right, please process the cancellation of Order #5795304 and send me a confirmation email. Once the cancellation is completed, I will update my review to reflect that you honored your commitment and resolved the issue.
