Everything was fine until I moved. PG&E dropped data sharing with EcoTrove and I tried to reactivate it. On the PG&E website, sharing my data with Ecotrove would result in a 404 error (website doesn't exist). So I contacted Ecotrove to renew data sharing. I used their form on their website and I wrote an email to their info@ email address. Zero response for days. I'm not sure what's going on and I don't have a way to get in touch with them.
