Absolute disgrace....I've had a gold card for 8 years, with 23 years industry experience.Out of the blue when renewing, they've changed the criteria and are now stipulating an apprenticeship as part of the signoff.So the application is on hold, but dont worry they took the money for the H&S assessment and card application first before getting an email a week later to say it's on hold.Can you get hold of them to sort it? Of course you can't. Pathetic waste of space. Telling people who have decades of experience and qualifications behind them that they need to apply for a labourers card because they don't suit their niche criteria.Shame on them......
