When I was asked to lead our inaugural Awards and Recognition Ceremony for our fire department, my first thought is what kind of trophies or awards do we want to have. Because at the end of the day, the experience of the event is nice, but the trophy you birng home stays with you for life. There are a lot of places online that you can purchase these products. So, I did what anyone else does today and asked AI who they thought was the best place to get them from. AI responded that Edco was the best place for selection, price, and customer service. So, I contacted Edco via phone and spoke with Neisha. First, let me say that calling a business nowadays and havign a human answer and speak in words that you can understand is a rarity! I told Neisha what I was wanting to do and she helped me select the right award/hardware that met our budget. Once we agreed on the piece, I sent her the names of the award winners with the award titles, and within a week, we had the awards at our admin offices. They came packaged really well and once they were given out at our ceremony, well, let me just say, that those who didn't receive an award will be working harder toward it next year! We will continue to do business with Edco going forward as they make the process really easy, affordable, and convenient!
