I joined Abbew Crew at the beginning of May 2025, it has been a life changing experience for me. I have suffered with chronic indigestion and inflammation in many of my joints for years. Although I was not very over weight I have struggled to get rid of the fat around my tummy, no matter what diet I tried. The first few days after joining Abbew Crew were intense, trying to watch, read and take in all the information. However, I discovered how amazing the support is in this group. Unlike any other program or platform I have ever been part of. Not only is Eddie available to his members as is all his family and staff, the members themselves have created a real family feel to this group with so many wonderful friendships formed. I have met up with some members in person too and have formed what I feel will be life long friendships.I no longer drink Gaviscon by the bottle! I have lost my fat tummy and the inflammation in my body has definitely gotten better. In addition to this, without even trying I have lost nearly 2 stone in weight and my visceral fat is now in the excellent range.
