So I took a leap of faith and I ordered the Edelkrone Jib Plus and Head Plus V3, because the reviews I saw looked so incredible. I have to say I am over the moon about this purchase. The connection to the app is flawless. It is so reliable and easy to use, it almost feels like magic. It feels like having a second cameraman in the room when I'm doing solo shoots. I upgraded it with a v-mount power adapter for cable management. In today's market, it is rare to get a live human being who is competent about the products they are supporting, so anytime I've reached out to customer service I was relieved that I wasn't pushed through a standard Salesforce decision tree or forced to find answers online. In all, Edelkrone won me back, big time. I recommend them to everybody now and I'm so happy with my purchases.
