I accidentally gave the wrong address on my order by not paying attention to my payment information autofill. I contacted customer service when it said my package was delivered in the wrong state. Once we figured out what had happened, I apologized and figured that was the end of it. Instead, they replaced my order and sent it to the proper address with no fee!! I am very appreciative and impressed with their customer service. They also responded immediately. Didn’t leave me hanging at all. Great company!
