She was professional and dedicated to my issue even though it would garner some chuckles and sideways glances in "polite conversation". Not only that she was serious about helping me and provided useful directions and instructions and even when that didn't pan out she still treated me with so much professional care as both a customer and human I felt very validated and heard.
