Have yet to receive the ordered items, but the customer service is great!I ordered a few things last night and realised afterwards that the shipping AND billing addresses when using my automatic Google Pay function were both wrong. The shipping address itself was in a completely different country. I wrote them via messenger right away and asked to change both the shipping and billing addresses for my current one. This morning, an hour after their opening time, I hadn't heard any news and may have panicked a little, so I opened up a ticket on their website and explained the situation again.Unbeknown to me, someone had already seen my messenger request and already taken care of the issue ASAP. Both Anna (on messenger) and Lars (via the ticket on their website) confirmed that the addresses had been changed. Not even an hour later, my items were properly shipped!I will be writing reviews for my items on their website itself once I receive them, but so far I am immensely satisfied with their quick, cordial and efficient customer service. Thank you everyone!!
