First time buying something on line and first toy. Paid good money. Was a dual product. Followed care instructions and it worked 1 time. But 2nd time only one portion works now and not the part i want. Very disappointed. I did expect it to work longer than that. I reported it to customer service and they do have 90 day warranty. They say they are sending out a replacement.
