My package was returned to the sender as the address was not complete. I’ve purchased from the company before and have used the same address before so I was a little sad as to why it wasn’t fully delivered being so exited for the package. The company was quick to inform and gave me options to send a new package again and to be able to sign for it once delivered! Props to Carmen calling me and informing quickly! Thank you for the amazing customer service that they may be hiccups along the way but even so it’s the customer service that makes me feel safe. Like I said I’ve purchased here before and I’m pleased with the company!
