The first time I called was in regards to sending an anonymous gift. Max was more than happy to supply the information I was looking for and very gracious as well. A little while later my smart phone stalled on the billing info page so I called back. This time Richard was extremely helpful in taking my order over the phone instead of my continuing to struggle with the malfunctioning phone/webpage (I have a feeling my signal had dipped a bit) and I was able, with Richard’s help, to complete the transaction and cross another item off my “to-do” list today!Thank you guys for being the epitome of what customer service is all about!
