Started off package got lost. Miranda was amazing and did all she could to save my business, however simply tired of the run around with this company and their insistence that DHL will actually ever deliver a package on time, ever. First package went from GA to KCMO, back to GA, and now who knows. Second package took 4 days to go from GA to GA. Then to top it off the second CSR Anna responds to a message without even checking into anything, assuring me that the first package is on it's way and all is fine. Sent me another message about an hour later after she realized she was a moron and that there was indeed a problem and Miranda had done her best to take care of it. So Anna, here is the review that you requested. Maybe try and be less cutesy and do your job instead.
