I received an order of three items. Two were just as I expected. The third had a p65 warning on it that was not mentioned in the description online where I purchased this item. The first man I talked to was little help and didn’t seem like he was listening to my concerns or my point of view at all. I called back after getting off the phone with the first representative. I was frustrated and was about ready to just give up and find a new place to shop. I called back and a woman answered my call. The woman who answered resolved my issue. She was very kind and helpful in resolving my issue. She understood my concerns regarding the safety of a product that had not been identified as having a p65 warning and listened and responded too my concerns in a respectful and helpful manner. She helped resolve the issue quickly and effectively and issued me a store credit. I am satisfied with the resolution to my issue and will purchase from EdenFanstays again. 5 stars! ⭐️
