My order was supposed to arrive a week ago, yet due to "animal interference" it was postponed. However, it was only ever meant to be delayed by one (1) business day. Despite this, I still have yet to receive my package to this day, nor have I heard any further updates from my municipal post. Today I check my inbox, and see that I've been sent an email regarding this problem, despite never having reached out for assistance. After sending a short response, I receive news that the EdenFantasys team have sent out an expedited replacement order (since it seems my other package has been misplaced by delivery) that will be arriving within the next week. I am extremely grateful to the entire EdenFantasys team for going above-and-beyond in ensuring I receive my package, but I'd like to name Kathy and Carmen specifically for being so personable, helpful and timely on this matter.Thank you!
